This level is for you to learn each and every one of the 1nf1n1ty Movements and get on the journey of creating the healthiest and most fit version of yourself.

Shoulder Ability 

This is a '3-Days a Week' program that can be combined with any other Disrupting Fitness program that includes exercises that will strengthen those seen and unseen muscles, tendons, and ligaments that will have you standing tall and supported.

Squat School

Squat school is created so you can truly learn how to train your legs properly.  The principles and training you will learn in squat school will most likely go against a lot of what you’ve been taught but test assured “Science has just not caught up with the truth”.
