1. VISION

Without a Vision there will be no manifestation. Having the ‘End in Mind’ at all times will be the driving force for all the other 10 quantums. Nothing was ever created without the thought of the creation. All things have a start in another dimension and then manifest in physical form. Having the Vision of your healthiest, most ideal and athletic self established is vitally important.


2. Who you listen to


Only listen to those who have what you want or have been where you are. We live in a time where everyone is an expert and has an opinion on how something should be done. The best way to determine who you should listen to is look at what they are producing and experiencing. In this information and social media age, there is a new philosophy, ideology, opinion, or technique every single day. You will weed out a lot of useless information and people by only listening to those experiencing the results you want to produce or have been where you are.


3. Strength/Power


Without strength and Power your bones would fall to the floor. It is the power of your muscles that animate your body. Your true strength is based on how strong you are vs. how much your body weighs. Strength is useless unless it is accompanied with...

The beauty of strength comes when teamed with length. The greater strength you have through the greater length, the more athletic you are. 5. Structural Balance


Your ability to prevent injury, move optimally, and fight gravity depends largely on WHERE you build your strength through length. At 42 I can honestly say this is the most overlooked aspect in sports performance. There has to be a balance to everything and the body operates the same as the universe. Having a body that is built from the ground up, flexible and strong, in perfect alignment, and sport or activity dependent is paramount. ***Will have a in-depth article on all the components and factors of structural balance***

The construction cannot take place if there is not a proper blueprint to follow.

Your body is extremely intelligent and gives you signals in form of pain when something is harming your body. Being in constant communication with your body is important and staying away from numbing modalities (ICE, pain killers, or anything to turn off communication)

Having as system that can build you up on a level with no pain is extremely important.

Your Tendons are stronger than your muscles! If you are not training from the ground up, you are leaving your tendons vulnerable. In order to be a powerful and explosive athlete, you have to train explosive. Everyone does not have to be an elite jumper but to truly have an 1nf1n1ty fit body, learning and training tendons will contribute to overall health, and feeling phenomenal in your body.

9. Nutrition


There is a series called Healthology that will go deep in the subject of Nutrition and how to maximize your potential by learning key concepts. This is one of the most controversial topics in the field of sports performance and for good reason. If they keep people confused and in darkness people will continue to search and waste money on useless diet protocols, supplements, and magic potions which all are counterproductive.

Body Composition essentially means; how much muscle vs. how much fat, and where?


11. Intention


All success comes when a person intends to be success and set his mind, body and soul to accomplish a goal. This factor cannot be overlooked, having just intention alone can make massive shifts and changes in who you are as a being. Mindset is 99% of success, the how is 1%. Being thankful, grateful, and feeling good each and every moment will get you to your goal the fastest. Each day celebrate getting .0001% better and pretty soon compound interest will take its effect.
