Mr1nf1n1ty Diet

What do you eat? What does your diet look like? How much protein do you eat? What foods do you consume? Are you vegan? ....

There is not a day that goes by that I don’t get a question similar to these. In this article I’m going to do the best I can to answer these questions and shine some light on my “DIET”.

First off, I have a long way to go to in my opinion, but I have learned a lot that could help many.

Uncovering these deep universal truths is a lifelong journey, if not many lifetimes.

Also, what works for me might not be the best thing for you. I believe by reading this and getting a deeper insight and awareness it will allow you to be more conscious and get on the track of carving out the perfect path for yourself.

Now, in my 40s and having experimented with every “Diet” known to man I can honestly tell you it goes WAY BEYOND diet. The word DIEt (key word ‘die’) subconsciously keeps people trapped in a left brain way of thinking. Whenever you are in a left brain way of thinking you are on a carnal physical level and the greater part of you will stay asleep and you will never be able to see the full truths. The reason why there are a million diets, “none of which work”, is because us as humans are tackling the problem from a completely physical level of thinking.

We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them”

All that being said, I can now start talking about “The Mr1nf1n1ty Way of Eating”.

No more Diet....let’s kill that word!!!! So, from now on this will be an ongoing series called the “Mr1nf1n1ty Way of Eating”.

The Mr1nf1n1ty way tackles the issue from a higher level of consciousness, realizing my body is only a small part of who I am. I understand all aspects of me must be fed or the physical will suffer. The Mr1nf1n1ty way sees food as INFORMATION AND LIGHT and all my bodies must be given the right information aka Light.

There are 4 main bodies I want to focus on here. There are more but let’s start with the main 4 and I’ll cover how to feed each of these bodies for a True Holistic Approach to nutrition. The 4 Bodies are Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical. All these bodies are interconnected so you cannot work on one without simultaneously working on them all. Like I said, this first article is really just to bring awareness, and to answer the questions that I can’t answer in a 15 second story on IG.

In the next article I’m going to tackle how to feed each of these bodies.

Here, I’ll give you a brief summary of each:

Spiritual Body

The spiritual body feeds off connecting to the highest version of yourself. You feed this body by doing what you love every day. Living a life of purpose and being authentic about who you are as a being, these are all major food sources for the spiritual body.

Mental Body

The mental body feeds off knowledge and learning deep universal truths that help to expand your awareness and consciousness. Growth hormone is released every time you expand and grow your consciousness. Consciousness is infinite, and you can always choose to expand and grow your consciousness.

Emotional Body

The emotional body feeds off deep meaningful relationships and the right connections.

Physical Body

The physical body feeds of proper nutrients (Oxygen, Sunlight, Water, Minerals, etc.).
