What is SolFood Mr1nf1n1ty?

Solfood is a hashtag I came up with for when I get out in nature to soak up the rays of the Sun.

It is a spin-off of the word “soul food” which describes the deep southern, ethnic (black) style of cooking and eating. Normally if someone says I’m eating soul-food, this means deep fried this, fried that, tons of grease, butter, fats, sugars, and other foods that contribute to a sick, obese, toxic, low vibrational, and foul way of living. (Google Soulfood)

The funny thing is, a lot of people take pride in that form of filthy consumption, almost wear it as a badge of honor.

I feel it is my responsibility to change the narrative, from the old slave mentality. The reason why most ethnic groups take pride in that term is because it connects them as a group and it was the only food they were allowed to eat as slaves, so they made the most of it. I get it, honestly I was raised on some good ol' soulfood.

Now that I’m in my 40s and have learned the error of my ways, I choose not to play the game set before me and play my own game. The new generation will know and learn about a new SOLFOOD!!!! One that is truly good for the soul.

The New ‘SOLFOOD’ is a source of true nourishment, positive emotions, energy and mood enhancing, and balances mind and hormones. It is the most powerful energy source in the world (the light of the world).

There are even more benefits of consuming the necessary amount of Solfood each day. I hope you do your research but some include...

1. Vit. D (which is actually a hormone)

2. Improved mood and sense of well being

3. Instant energy boost

4. Increases Lifespan

5. Creates Serotonin (Feel good chemical)

6. Strengthens Bones

7. Burns Fat

8. Prevents Cancer

9. Heals Skin Conditions

10. Regulates Blood Pressure

11. Enhances Creativity

12. Better Sleep

13. Helps body produce it’s own protein, muscle tone and elasticity

14. Balance Hormones

The list of benefits of daily Solfood is endless. I recommend everyone to be getting at least 30 minutes of direct sunlight daily. If you have a darker complexion the minimum should be 60 minutes. I will touch more on why darker skin requires more Solfood in future posts.

I will also go deeper on the power of Solfood and how necessary it is to living a vibrant, healthy, and abundant life! Until then remember, all food is not physical.

Thanks for reading and I’m open to any feedback as long as it’s constructive. I’m aware my ideas and thoughts are not for the mainstream consciousness.
