Disrupting Fitness Level 1

This level is for you to learn each and every one of the 1nf1n1ty Movements and get on the journey of creating the healthiest and most fit version of yourself.

The movements may seem simple, but you are going back to laying the proper foundation for your body to build upon.


This program will not have you throw up a ton of weight and neglect the tiny unseen muscles that are paramount to athleticism, mobility, durability, longevity and overall health. 

Every exercise will have a video tutorial so you will be able to see exactly how to perform the exercise.
